Work Placements
Work placements offer tremendous benefits for both employers and learners. CMS carefully selects appropriate candidates for particular roles in a specific organisation. Successful candidates work alongside a company's own staff, updating their knowledge and competence whilst contributing to the productivity and growth of the business. Work placements can last from a few weeks up to six months.

Offering a work placement to a selected candidate means you can assess whether a recruit can do the job, how well they learn and if they'll fit in well with your business. It's the ideal way to find new employees.
