Once the expectations and goals of the organisation and the new manager are defined, a 90-day plan is formulated to assess stakeholder needs and perspectives, identify critical factors for success and develop a successful team. Additional work helps delegates to refine their personal management skills such as time planning and relationship building.

 

The programme prepares new managers for the emotional and intellectual challenges that lie ahead and smoothes the transition for the individual, their teams and the organisation as a whole.
