Introduction

Food Hygiene Legislation requires all food handlers to recieve appropriate supervision and to be trained in food hygiene to enable them to handle food safely.

Aimes and Objectives

This will give you the relevant training and certification needed to meet the stringent European directive and covers required areas from bacterial growth and food contamination through to storing, preparing, cooking and serving food safely.

Who is the course intended for

Suitable for students taking GCSE food technology/GCSE catering/NVQ's or anyone looking to work in the catering industry.
