On completion of this course the delegates will understand:

 

  • The requirements of the Fire Safety Regulations, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in relation to their workplace environment, The Act requires employees/employers to take active measures to ensure a safe place of work.
  • Their responsibilities with regards to the duties undertaken by a Fire Warden/Marshall
  • Their responsibilities as laid out in the Fire Safety Regulations Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
  • The importance and application of Fire Risk Assesment in the workplace
