Aims & Objectives

On completion of this course delegates will understand:

  • The knowledge and have the confidence to deal with a first aid emergency in the workplace
  • Workplace health and safety (first aid) regulations.
  • Their role and responsibilities as a nominated 'First Aider' at work.

 

Who is the course intended for?

The course covers the practical skills needed by a first aider in the modern workplace. The course will give you the confidence and knowledge to deal with first aid emergencies.

 

Nominated workplace first aiders, or anyone wanting a comprehensive introduction to first aid.

 

 

Prior Knowledge

No prior knowledge required.

Qualification and Certification

Approved HSE certificate of achievement valid for 3 years
