What's It Like
Louise South

Louise South first started at CMS on the E2E programme. She had work placement as a receptionist with the company and started to work on her key skills and basic skills. Later Louise was successful in acquiring a placement with a company in Dewsbury and she started an Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
Once she had completed the Apprenticeship the Company employed her. Unfortunately, a few months later the company went in liquidation and Louise had to leave. She was fortunate to find another job with a recruitment agency.
A vacancy became available at CMS and Louise was contacted and invited to apply for the position as an E2E Administrator. Louise decided to accept the offer and started in July 2007. Since then she has become part of the Batley Youth Team and is a great asset to CMS. She is learning new things and developing really quickly. She is working towards an Advanced
Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
